Shipping and handling fees apply to US shipping addresses only, and are calculated based on total weight of your order and shipping location.
Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Marina, California by FedEx Ground. Generally, orders ship from our facility within 5 business days. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the United States, or to P.O boxes or military installations.
Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available for select, in-stock items. All requests for expedited delivery MUST be confirmed by phone. Additional fees apply. Expedited delivery is not available from December 15 - January 5.
Holiday Shipping: To ensure your gift arrives by December 24, please place your order on or before the dates indicated below. Please note, arrival dates are not guaranteed.

At The Ginger People, we take great pride in the quality of our ginger products. In keeping with our quality standards and food product safety requirements, The Ginger People are not able to accept any product back to our warehouse once shipped. Your satisfaction is important to us and, if you are not satisfied with your order, an in-store credit will be issued for online or phone orders for the subtotal of the order excluding shipping cost, pending approval. Please submit these requests to info@gingerpeople.com within 30 days of your purchase.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, contact The Ginger People within 24 hours so we may file appropriate claims and issue approved replacement product.
If you receive the wrong item, contact The Ginger People within 24 hours so we can arrange for a replacement shipment. All replacement shipments are subject to approval by The Ginger People.
