I purchased this for my son who is on severe sodium restrictions due to CHF. It is difficult to find things that he can eat , especially sauces and dips. This seems to be naturally low in sodium and he loves it -it is great to find a sauce that he can use on many different foods. I have even made a sweet and tangy meatloaf using it. I wish that great low sodium items such as this were advertised as such so we did not have to hunt and search to find "normal tasting" , very low sodium items. GREAT!!!!!! (Posted on 12/17/10)

I've used this sauce for several years in my own version of pork eggrolls mixing the sauce, pork and broccoli slaw, rolling in an eggroll wrapper, spritzing with peanut oil and BAKING (still crisps up great), then making a peanut dipping sauce with pb, soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
Recently, I had a thai cucumber salad at a wine bar, and liked it so much I had to try to recreate it. Equal parts of the Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce and a reduced calorie lime vinagrette make the dressing. I use about 3 sliced cucumbers, a bag of broccoli slaw, and, right before serving, add dry roasted peanuts. I was told this weekend that my version is WAY better than the wine bar's!
Neither of the recipes would be the same without the Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce--don't ever stop making it! (Posted on 10/18/10)

I purchased a bottle of Ginger Chili Sauce at a retail discounter. Unfortunately I only bought 1 bottle, since I didn't know if I'd like it or not. To my surprise, I not only liked it, I LOVED IT! I went online to Gingerpeople.com, only to find it was out of stock. In fact it was out of stock for weeks. I wonder why? It appeared I wasn't the only one that " LOVED IT". So I called directly to their Marketing Rep, Nicole, and she kept me informed weekly relative to availability. Finally she called me with the good news that it was in stock. I immediately placed an order for 8 bottles, so I wouldn't be without it for awhile. Thanks Nicole, and be sure to keep this item in stock, for my next order.

Used this Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce to brighten up a stir-fry dinner. I added it as a finishing touch and thought it was great. When my four teenaged daughters and my husband came back for second and third helpings, I knew I had something truly wonderful. I used it as a dip for my spring rolls the following week and took them to a party. Of all the many wonderful foods brought to the feast, I was singled out and hounded by all for the recipe. I use this with spring rolls---and cannot imagine making them without having this as the dipping sauce. It's to die for--especially with dipping and pouring over and lickin' the plate clean. It's also great with fresh tofu. Looking forward to more experimenting. (Posted on 5/20/10)

This sauce is so amazingly delicious!! I use it on so many things, from on rice to pork and chicken. I even dip my steak in it!! I love it! This is the most amazing ginger sauce ever! Got it as a gift and used it to cook Asian style stir-fry dishes...can't wait to get my hands on more!!! Do a lot of cooking with sauces and have tried a plethora of ginger sauces....this is one of the best. Don't ever stop selling this one. (Posted on 2/25/10)
