   My husband makes me Lemon Ginger Salmon and puts this grated ginger on top. It is so delicious. I am having a hard time finding it locally though, going to order it direct from now on... i can't live without it! (Posted on 1/5/10)

   Hi! I recently ordered the sushi and the grated ginger from you. I've been using your products for a few years now but this is the first time I have tried these two items. They are both terrific! Now I don't know how I can live without them. They are both so fresh tasting and so easy to use. I have never tasted sushi ginger like this before. I have stopped looking for sushi ginger in stores and am now ordering it from you direct because your product is vastly superior to any of the others I have used. Thank you for a terrific product.
