I use it mainly as a tea. I love the ginger taste and it is quite strong enough to more than satisfy my ginger craving. Reading the other rave reviews, someone said it is great with peanut butter - will be trying that soon! (Posted on 12/31/10)

How many ways do I love your GingerPeople Ginger Jam, too many to list! I am ecstatic that I just found your website and that I happened upon your jam at Ross's after being devastated to learn that Trader Joe's no longer carried it.
I love ginger jam on TJ's rosemary parmasean rolls with sharp cheddar cheese; on spicy lentil wraps; on warm biscuits and as a side condiment for vegetarian entres of varous kinds. Can't wait to try some of your recipes using the ginger jam! (Posted on 11/23/10)

This is the best multi-purpose spread I have ever used. It goes well in my oatmeal, on toast, sandwiches and in my stir fry with fresh ginger and garlic.YUM... I love the tangy zest of the ginger and only wish you could tone down the 21 grams of sugars. It is the ONLY sugary item I even allow into the house, so I hope the healthful benefits of the ginger can offset the sugar. (Posted on 11/12/10)

This is the best ginger spread I have ever found. I go to a specialty store every year on vacation to find it. Unfortunately they don't always have it in stock.
Worth the hunt though. (Posted on 9/18/10)

I love ginger syrup on my pancakes, but since it was out of stock, I bought the ginger spread. I think it works better, since I have more control over where it goes. Usually, I would have margarine and maple syrup on pancakes, but I like this without the margarine. That's probably healthier for me. (Posted on 7/28/10)

LOVELOVELOVE this stuff!
Used it with cashews on a baked brie and there was a stampede to eat it.
Fabulous with peanut butter, yes warm on ice cream, licked off the spoon, on a banana, with crackers, with with cream cheese.
I am NEVER without this in my fridge.

I am literally crazy about your ginger spread. I found it in Marshalls Dept Store. There was only one on the shelf. I fell in live instantly. I will be trying the recipes posted on the reviews. (Posted on 4/5/10)

I love ginger, and this is my favorite ginger product. I put it on my steel cut oats in the morning, I like it warm on ice cream, in my coffee, even right off the spoon. I only wish it were easier to find. (Posted on 1/25/10)
