Chewy Ginger Snaps are delicious!

Ingredients

3/4 cup Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette
8 green onions
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1/4 cup premium soy sauce
8 oz beef stock
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 pounds lean short ribs

PanPacific Style Beef Short Ribs

Trim short ribs. Marinate in Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette for 1 hour, then combine other ingredients and place in baking dish and slow cook at 275ƒ for 3 hours. Baste well during cooking time. Allow to rest 20 minutes before serving. Serve with jasmine rice or Thai noodles and fresh steamed Asian greens.
