Pears and ginger - they were meant for each other.

Ingredients

3 golden delicious apples
1 pear
1 Original Ginger Chew
Pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup Ginger Soother
Salt to taste

Ginger Apple Sauce

Instructions: Clean, peel, core and slice apples and pear. Place in sauce pan with 1/4 cup Ginger Soother. Add cinnamon and salt to taste. Over medium to low heat, stir mixture until apples and pear are soft. Add Original Ginger Chew. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add mixture to blender and blend until you achieve the desired consistancy. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
