Go to the "Products" page (listed above in the purple band). 2. Click on a product or product category. You can "surf" our entire product line by starting at the top of the list and clicking "Next" at the bottom of each page. 3. When you find a product you want, click on the pull down menu and select the size you want. Some items come in one size only. 4. The next step is to click the "order" button. This will take you to the shopping cart. You can add or delete products as you please. 5. Follow the instructions from there. Breathe, take your time and if all else fails, call us and we will take your order the old-fashioned way. You can reach us at 800.551.5284, ext. 225. If our customer service representative is not available, please leave a message and we will return your call in the order in which it was received. Shipping and Handling Fees - Shipping and handling fees apply to the contiguous 48 states only. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery. on or before the dates shown below. Delivery - Orders are shipped from Monterey, California via Fed Ex Ground. Expedited Delivery - Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited orders are available for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery. Expedited delivery is not available after December 15– January 1. Expedited delivery requests must be made by phone. Additional fees apply.
