8 oz. angel hair or vermicelli pasta broken in thirds
Half each of small zucchini and yellow squash
1/3 cup chopped red onion
Small jar (7.5 oz) marinated artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
3 Tbs chopped basil
2 tsp chopped parsley
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp celery seeds
¼ tsp pepper
1 pound cooked, flaked salmon fillet
The Ginger People Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette
Instructions: Cook pasta, drain, and run in cold water to cool and place in large bowl. Drizzle small amount of vinaigrette to prevent sticking. Add zucchini, squash, red onion, marinated artichoke hearts, basil, parsley, salt, celery seeds and pepper and toss gently. Add Ginger People Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette to taste (approximately ½ cup) and toss gently. Add Salmon and toss gently. Serves 6
