Ginger Snap Crust

2 cups finely crushed The Ginger People® Ginger Snap Cookies

6 Tbsp (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted

 Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir cookie crumbs and butter in medium bowl until evenly moistened. Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch-diameter pie pan or removable-bottom cheesecake pan. Bake crust until deep golden, about 12 minutes. Cool completely. fill with your favorite pie, tart, or cheesecake filling, and bake according to your recipe instructions. Crust can be frozen for up to 1 month.
