Ginger ANZAC Crust

Ingredients

2 cups finely crushed Ginger People Ginger ANZACS

1/3 cup pecans, very finely chopped

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ANZACS and melted butter in a small bowl. Press mixture into bottom of the 9-inch-diameter removable-bottom cheesecake pan with 3-inch-high sides. Even out with the flat bottom of a glass, if needed. Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until crust is firm. Set aside to cool. fill with your favorite pie, tart, or cheesecake filling, and bake according to your recipe instructions. Crust can be frozen for up to 1 month.
